Hugo Deslippe is the founder and president of Vitres Ultra Nettes (VUN), a window cleaning and exterior maintenance company based in Boucherville, Quebec.

Over nine years, he has grown VUN into a structured operation serving residential clients across the South Shore and commercial clients, including condo syndicates, throughout Greater Montreal and Montérégie. The company is known for its purified-water cleaning system, its partnership with CAA-Québec, and more than 700 Google reviews earned through a strong focus on service quality and client retention.

Beyond the field, Hugo is a systems builder. He has invested heavily in VUN's operational and digital infrastructure, combining tools like Jobber and GoHighLevel with internal frameworks such as the U.L.T.R.A. values system and a five-level technician certification path.

He also leads two complementary ventures: Décorations de Noël Ultra, a seasonal decorating business, and Stratège Solutions, through which he coaches other business owners, drawing on years of his own coaching and the playbooks of North America's leading home-service entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Hugo is a husband and the father of a young son, and a daughter who works in the business. He is also a grand-father and family life in Brossard is what keeps him grounded. He enjoys cooking for the people he loves, and the balance between building businesses and being present at home is very much part of what drives his vision of a company that can run without him.
